Our team at Insignia works really hard to firstly ensure excellent care and service. We also strive to be a little bit different and give that personal touch that you probably won’t find anywhere else, and we do this because we want to go that extra mile and make you smile.
KEY PERSONS
Meeting lots of new people can be overwhelming especially for children so we try to keep this to a minimum, initially you will meet your Registered Nurse for your assessment. Once funding has been agreed your Nurse will then create your care plan and we will then introduce you to your dedicated care consultant.
Your care consultant will become your main point of contact for most requirements but you will always have open access to your nurse for any clinical needs.
Our consultants will really want to get to know our families, and we are really flexible in how they do this and it is very individual. Sometimes just to get out of the house for a coffee and piece of cake is very welcomed by our families and can mean so much. We love to make a fuss of our children even siblings at birthdays and celebration times, these little things are really important us.
THE LODGE
In 2021 Insignia invested in The Lodge which is by the sea in Suffolk and is for our families to use free of charge for respite. The lodge is situated on a great holiday park with lots of amenities and things to do for the whole family.
The Lodge is often used as a luxury bolt hole for the parents of our children, a weekend away can make all the difference sometimes.
