We pride ourselves on giving our staff the best possible training to ensure that they possess the skills, knowledge and confidence to carry out their role to the highest of standards. With yearly refresher training to keep competences up to date and opportunities to complete nationally recognised qualifications, our staff have the perfect foundation to grow and constructively progress their healthcare career.

The training process

Through Inspire, we provide full mandatory and induction training before you start work. All courses are classroom based and “hands on” within our purpose built training suites. This allows staff to practice the skills required on mannequins and equipment and ask experienced professionals any questions that arise, rather then wait till it’s too late and they are in the field.

If one of our registered nurses has identified that specialist training is required to support a specific client then this will also be delivered internally by our nursing team or trained professionals. All training includes a theory based element giving extensive explanation of conditions and clinical interventions. Our training is aligned to the Skills for Care, Care Certificate standards which are recognised by the NHS, CQC and local authorities.
