Full Description

We are looking for someone to support a female adult in her 30’s with her care requirements as well as her overall health and well being. She has complex care requirements including Oxygen, NIV, Catheter and specialised diet regime. Carers are expected to motivate and support her to live as independently as possible and support with daily activities. Her shifts are 12hrs (9-9) and she lives at home with her partner on a small farmstead near Watton. She has recently received a wheelchair accessible vehicle and is excited to get back out into the community, so supporting staff will need to feel comfortable to drive these and support her accessing social or medical appointments.

Support work isn’t just making cups of tea and personal care. It is about enhancing the lives for people living with emotional, physical and sometimes complex disabilities.
