About Us
Insignia Healthcare Group has grown from humble beginnings in 2011, when operations started from a spare bedroom in the family home.
Founded by Craig and Gary Secker, our vision has always been clear: to provide the highest quality of care tailored to the individual needs of each person we support. Drawing on their experience within the healthcare sector, Craig and Gary were disheartened by industry models that prioritised profit, numbers, and rigid time constraints over genuine care. They were determined to build something different—something better.
Following our registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we began supporting our first family, which required a small, dedicated team of carers. We are proud to say that some of those original team members are still with us today, a testament to our supportive and values-driven culture.
Today, Insignia Healthcare Group is proud to be recognized as one of the leading healthcare providers in Norfolk and Suffolk. We specialize in complex care for both children and adults, working in close partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare, Personal Health Budget holders, local authorities, and private clients.
